Oily skin is now very dry

I just had my baby two, almost three weeks ago and on top of adjusting to everything else, my skin has really dried out! It started at the hospital, when something they gave me during my c-section made me itch alot especilly on my face. Now my stomach, especially where my lil one was is very dry and my face is dring out as well. My skin dried out a little during pregnancy but I thought it was more due to my schooling ( i was in culinary school), but it wasnt this bad. What would you recommend as a lotion?
