clogged pores more less Question I'm currently 3 months pregnant and have noticed that the pores on my nose and cheeks are clogged   Is there a way that I can clear them at home (trying to save for the baby) or do I need to have a professional facial  I have stopped wearing all but tinted moisturizer (Mary Kay brand) with an SPF of 20   That coupled with cleansing and exfoliating has helped me clear up the acne I got in the first few weeks of my prenancy   I just want to clear my pores now as I feel like my face is still dirty until I do Thanks Meredith
