Watch(with a second hand to time the contractions)

Paper bag (to help prevent hyperventilation)
Rolling Pin/Rice Sock (helps with back pain)
Lollipops or hard candy (to help combat dry mouth)

Socks (feet sometimes get cold during labor)
DOCUMENTING YOUR DAYS:
Camcorder
Disposable or instant camera
Film (remember gift shop film is expensive)

Journal or diary (personal way to document your days)
HEADING FOR HOME:
Comfortable clothes, flat shoes (think loose fitting)
Coat or sweater (depending on the weather)
