c-sections

i had a c-section 10 months ago, and im now 7 almost 8 months pregnant. doc said i had to have another  c-section with this child. problem is i m claustraphobic and during this process i was given a epidural and layed down and a warm blanket was drapped across my chest area, then my arms were put on arm holders and iv's were put in  they kinda stapped my arms down for safety reasons i was told.   long story short i freaked out and tried to sit up, tore my arms out of the strap things and flung the blanket needless to say they put me out, and continued with c-section. three hours later i got to see my baby, so everybody in my family got to see my son before me, i was upset, is there anything i could do so that they don't have to put me out ?
