Ask a Relationship Expert

Myboyfriend and I have been together just about 4 years He has been wanting a child with me ever since we met From different relationships we both have a child Well we recently found out that I was pregnant which was completely planned Well he ended up leaving yesterday to go stay at his mothers house He says he need to vent

I recently had to leave my job and he is the bread winner We havebeen argueing almost nonstop for about two weeks He keeps saying I am talking to him wrong but i really dont see how I am When ever he gets mad he yells and screams and he acts like he doesnt care about me Then the other night he was here at our house dring with his twin brother and his buddy I didnt mind it his brother was very hyper for some reason for 2 hours he kept pulling me pushing me poking me flicking me talk very loudly in my ear it was all in fun I understood that Well several times I asked his brother to stop I even asked my boyfriend to get his brother to stop it didnt and finally I lashed out I yelled at his brother and told him to stop I have never yelled at his brother before I finally reached the my breaking point with someone messing with me Well my boyfriend got mad at me because I yelled at his brother

M boyfriend was yelling at me for yelling at his brother His brother was taken back from me yelling at him but he understood and saidthat was fine and was trying to calm my boyfriend down Well instead of me making matters worse by yelling back at him i ended up leaving I went and stayed at his brothers house (oddly enough his brother came with me to his house) Well through the course of the night my boyfriend called and hung up I called back and he thought he hit silent but actually picked up the phone I was on the phone for about 2 hours and I heard everything that was going on Turns out he was picked up by his ex girlfriends best friend and was taken over to his ex's house

I called and spoke to the ex she said yes he came over nothing happened they hadnt seen each other in a while (this is the same ex that has caused many problems throughout our relationship) I feel very betrayed about this he denies seeing her The next day I spoke to him on the phone and was very calm about him seeing his ex I told him he had a choice to make it's me and this baby or its just you He said I want you come pick me up ( he went to his mothers) I said no you got yourself there you get yourself back Well he called me after I lost my temper with him lieing to me and he said he was going to stay at his mothers house he's going to pick up is things and get the groceries he bought the day before

He eventually came over and did just that took his things and all the groceries I dont know what to do I believe he is being very selfish and very immature especially taking all of the food in the house I mean everything he bought from cheese to hot chocolate

Part of me wants him to come back but the other is saying no absolutely not I dont want to be a single parent to another child but i feel like I am going to have to be Should I really just take this as he is overwhelmed with expecting another child and doesnt know what to do or that he has betrayed and stepped out on me

Expert Post Viewd: 1 Posted: 1/25/09 9:50 pm Posted by: Replies: 0

Intimacy problems when pregnant Kinda personal (re: husband)

Ask a Relationship Expert

So I think my DH and I are having intimacy problems during pregnancy Last 2 out of 3 times we tried to be frisky which isn't often now adays he stopped and made some excuse of why (uncomfortable too hot phone ringing at beginning distracted him too much etc ) We had only had this happen maybe 2X in our entire marriage before I got pregnant I am terrified after 9 years of marriage he is beginning to lose attraction to me Or is this just a pregnancy thing This is the first time I've even been pregnant and I am feeling ugly rejected and worried he is falling out of love with me Has anyone else had similar experiences Do men get weird during pregnancy What could be causing the problem

I've tried talking to him about it and he's not worried he's going to hurt the babies Mostly he makes up a bunch of excuses why for "that" time he did say he is having some thoughts of me being a 'mother' and not his wife/plaything which depresses me I don't want us to not be intimate the rest of our lives

I mean if it were becaue he isn't attracted right now because my breasts have gotten ginormous or the extra weight I'd almost feel better because those things will go away after this mental thing with us starting and him not being able to finish I know shouldn't bother me but I feel so worried I'm going to lose him and rejected

Expert Post Viewd: 1 Posted: 6/23/08 7:40 pm Posted by: Replies: 0

Ask a Relationship Expert

I broke trust in our 6 year relationship when I lied about still texting a friend (which is a boy) after being asked He had already known the answer because he had been checking my phone records Last week I found a sytem set up in our basement that was recording all of our house phone calls He also checks all my emails and phone records constantly His excuse is that I have to build his trust back and he has every right to do this Is this right

Expert Post Viewd: 1 Posted: 6/13/08 1:57 pm Posted by: Replies: 0
