pumping

My son is 3 weeks old and i have been pumping since a couple days after we brought him home because he was having trouble latching. He'll only feed off my breast if he is still hungry after a bottle. I try to pump every 3 hours and get about 2 - 4 ounces per breast, usually closer to 3 oz. He eats every 3 - 4 hours and weighed 8 lbs 13 oz last dr's appt, my mom thinks 3 oz is not enough because of his size. Is he getting enough food?
