My son will go all day on two bites until evening.

My son is 17 months old and he keeps getting white spots on his nails. It will grow out then others appear. It looks like calcium deposits. I have him drinking Nestle Step Two Immune system support, Instead of whole milk for the nutrition.  He is not a good eater. He barely eats, he picks. What are the reoccuring white spots on his nails??
