Babies will vary in the amount of solids they will take at this age. They are just learning, so one trick is to feed them about 1/2 of thier usual bottle or nurse less time than usual, then give the solids and then finish up with the bottle or nursing. This way they are not so hungry or so full when they try the solids that they are not intested. Also, you will see their appetite for solids may vary from day to day.
