snake bite

My daughter got bit by a snake on her finger.  She is 6 yrs. old.    It s black and yellow.  THis happened 4 days ago.  She's doing fine.  It did bleed a lot though and i put hydrogen peroxide on it, too.  IT looks like its healed but it has bumps on it.  It looks kinda weird.  We are pretty sure it was a garter snake.  ITs been in our hay for the horses.  So we moved all the hay in our pole barn and its not in the shed anymore.  There were 3 of them.  What do you suggest?  Should she see the Dr. about bumps beingon her finger?  Or not?  Thanks!
