Fussy

Its me again.  My daughter has been so fuusy today, also.  When she starts to cry i pick her up and she stops but when i sit down with her, she starts in again.  She loves to play outside and i took her out in the pool and started balling again.  She wanted to go inside the house.   SO she fell asleep in my arms for about 30 min.  Then woke up and she is still so fussy!!!  What could be wrong?  She has no fever.  We did give her a catscan on her head and they said the bones are closing early, but its not pushing on the brain.  THe brain is fine.  I had craniosystosis when i was 4 and the bones were closing too soon and putting pressure on the brain so i had to have surgery.  I'm still concerned about her.  COuld this be why she is not sleeping well and very fussy and crying today?  Should i trust what the Dr. said about her x ray?  A 21 month old can't tell you what is wrong with her.  My head hurts, etc.  COuld it be her ears?  She does have tubes in her ears for about 1 year, now.  The Dr. said that if she does get an ear infection, we will see stuff coming out of her ear, but we don't see anything.  ANy suggestions?
