sleep

Hi its me again.  Emily is almost 21 months old and now she has started all over again to where she is screaming arond midnight and 5:30.  SO i have been letting it go for about 10 min.  Then i go in make sure she is not sick and tell her to go night night and i put her back in bed. It was happening once a night now its twice at night.  Is having nightmares?  She just screams bloody murder!!  Should i just let her cry it out?  Thanks and I really appreciate it!
