teething more less Question I have a soon to be 7 month old son that on Sunday was really cranky and he didn't want to eat or even suck on his pacifer He think spiked a fever and I was thinking that he may be teething so I gave him some tyelnol for the fever and some teething medicine which seemed to soothe him but now he is tugging at his left ear and I don't see any teeth coming through Should I be concerned that maybe I misdiagnosed him with teething instead of maybe an ear infection He was just at the ped doctor for his 6month appt wouldn't this have been seen then
