shots more less Question Hello Thank you for taking the time to read my concern When I was 6 months pregnant with my daughter I fell and fractured my ankle in 3 places This resulted in surgery to insert 5 screws to put it back together (i'm getting to my point I assure you) D She is now 6 months old and I have a demanding cooking job so I take 10 mg daily of hydrocodone Just one pill and that's all I take The pain still is bad enough for this I am exclusively breastfeeding and I have this feeling that I am hurting her in some way How will this affect her She has met all of her developmental milestones some even early I have tried other pain medicines such as Tylenol and 800 Ibuprofin (sp ) Any thoughts on this matter I don't want you to think I am a bad mother It's just she and I so I must work constantly

19 month old clumsy walker more less Question My 19 month old son has been walking since 14 months He is still extremley wabbely and will run into everything and just falls in his tracks like he's dizzy   Were not sure if this is normal cause we don't see a lot of other toddlers his age to compare He has immune defiecency problems (which no immune or hem/onc Dr that has tested him can figure out ) Can this be a symptom of any immune disorders The Immune Dr originally thought he had DiGeorge Syndrome however the tests came back negitive which he said does not 100 rule it out  He also has pigment changes all over his body which were initailly being watched by our Ped suggestion for NF1 symptoms however the dermatologist stated to watch them; they are most likely changes as an effect of when he had RSV at 3 months Since no Dr can actually diagnose him with any reason he has limited WBC and T cells I immediately am weary about anything about him that doesn't seem right We just saw the hem/onc Dr who said his WBC are still dropping however not to the bottom of the scale to start shots every 2 weeks or for a bone marrow biopsy that he was thinking about wanting to do He has a follow up for a cell count in 4 months Should I take him to the Ped or talk to the Immune Dr  about the clumseyness sooner then that

6 months, pooping more less Question Hi Dr Vaccaro I checked your answers on Some previous "pooping questions" but my is a bit different I am solely nursing and 1 week before my daughter turned 6 months I started giving her rice cereal (1/2 TBSP of cereal 2 TBSP of my milk) once or sometimes twice a day After 10 days I made her cereal a bit thicker (1 TBSP 2 TBSP) x 2 times a day So she stopped pooping Now its day 4 and nothing before she would go regular at least once a day usually twice I gave her oatmeal cereal yesturday instead of rice but still nothing So today I just breastfed her no cereal She tries though but she can pass only some gas What can I do to help her Some pear juice I didn't give her anything besides cereal yet Could thouse 2 3 days of increased consistency of rice cereal plug her up that bad My diet didn't really change and I still contunued nursing the same number of times during thouse 2 3 days She seems to be happy otherwise What  should I do Thank your very much

Stranger Anxiety more less Question Hello   I am a stay at home Mom   I have a 4 1/2 month old that is exclusively breastfed   For the last month or two my baby cries whenever she is left with anyone besides myself or my husband   We have other people watch her about once a week for only 2 3 hours at a time   She usually cries for about an hour solid and then falls asleep   She also refuses to drink from a bottle even though she has in the past   I thought stranger anxiety didn't start until they were a little older   I'm at the point where I feel like I can never leave her with anyone   Is it better to continue exposing her to different people or to stop until she grows out of it   Any information will be appreciated   Thanks
