Sticking to a schedule

Hello ladies! Glad to see this area on the site! I'm happily married and have a 2 year old and a 6 year old. Things get pretty hectic around the house, with cleaning, meals, playtime, etc. I have tried so many times to stick to a routine but I never seem to stay on track with the kids or my husband with helping out - or keeping things in order. Things always go left undone and I find myself stressed most of the time. I want to be a happy mom and wife, while having a little bit of order! What would you suggest I do to help sticking to a routine that we can all live with! Sort of pulling my hair out here.... Thanks for any advice you can offer, :)Mom

Checking your calendar and preparing the night before by laying out clothes, packing lunches or straightening up can help ease the morning rush. What we continually say about organizing, whether it's your refrigerator or your life, is that it's very personal. Are you a person that can stay home with your kids all day, or would you rather ....
