I am so upset...
Unfortunately, we are unable to send EJ to prescool at this time, due to lack of finances. Do I feel like the BIGGEST failure in the history of motherhood. Because of my depression I spent A LOT. So we had to use our credit cards to pay bills. Well EJ gave up his pacifier and as his reward he wanted to go back to Niagara Falls. We had said yes, and were going to cancel but how do you take that away from a 3 year old. I told him we couldn't go because mommy had spent all of our money and he just didnt get it. So we went. Of course he came down with a cold our first day there and none of us had much fun. Pete and I because of money and EJ because he was sick. Hunter well, he didnt know anything. He slept great, and hasnt since we came back.
So, now here we are a week away from the start of school and I called them yesterday and asked about possible late enrollment. I am now finding that I will have to start homeschooling. Thank goodness Hunter can occupy self for a bit. I have gone deeper into a depression because now I have let my son down. I also have stopped seeing his playfriends because I dont care to discuss this with their moms whom for some reason felt the need to discuss it with each other.
So, there you have it in a nutshell... Worst mother of the Year award goes to none other than

I go today to talk to the surgeon regarding the microdisectomy. Anyone ever have one? What about with a 3 and 7 month old? Family an hour and a half away so not much help?
The boys are good. Hunter has 2 teeth on the bottom. Still not rolling from stomach to back although with massive effort and drama can. He is crawling kind of though and truly can make it across our living room without issues.
EJ starts school is 4 weeks or so. We are heading to Niagara Falls Canada in 2 weeks for him giving up the pacifier. He asked to go back so we said yes. We are staying at the Brock this time. They have the NEW Indoor Water Park so it will be great. Mood: Contemplative

Hunter as of his 2 month appointment is 10lbs and 8 1/2 oz. 22 3/4 inches in length. He is very healthy minus the thrush and she believes he is growing out of the Larangomalaycia. if he still ahs it at 6 months we will see a specialist. I am not worried.
EJ is the typical two year old they tell me. OK. I say I just have no experience with boys being I grew up in a house full of girls or children as I was the baby of the family and haven't babysat since I was 14.
This week has not been a waste which is wonderful. We even spent 3 hours visiting with my mom who was in visiting my grandmother. So we got to see her as well for that whole time. Most relaxed I have been since before being pregnant. So enjoyable. Mood: Productive

Better

2 nights ago noone slept but Hunter. thought EJ wanted to just NOT SLEEP. Last night.. He falls asleep. Within 20 minutes he is whining and crying. Burning up. He has a fever. No sleep again. This time Hunter either as we tried new diapers and he kept peeing through everything. Peds office calls first thing to see how EJ is. We take him in and he has an ear and sinus infection. Wierd part... Right ear hurts, left ear infection. Go figure. Gave motrin already and antibiotic. Hope we get sleep tonight. Mood: Productive
