I wanted to know if there was anything that I could do that would make me feel happier and healthier before my baby is here. I know that I need to start now because it is affecting the baby. I am not happy Im sad all the time and I guess I always was this way but I never took any medication. My obgyn had gave me Zoloft and I will not take it. I just don't belive that it won't hurt the baby. I am just stressed out my biyfriend of six years just lost his job and I have not worked since three months ago and all of our money is gone. We aren't ready for the baby and it is our first we have nothing. PLEASE HELP ME!! Carma

So let's break this down a bit based on your situation--firstly, you and your boyfriend will need to deal with money. It is so beyond stressful to not have money and all the emotions that come with it. The two of you need to sit down and create a plan of action. Who is accountable for what and what are the deadlines for all that you need. Then you two need to align your actions and thinking daily to make sure these goals happen in a rapid way. Not from a place of fear, but from a place of clarity---something like: he will have a job by "X" date making at least.... Read More signin
