6 months post pardum more less Question   Hello Cathy   I posted this in the child birth section and  it was suggested I ask a midwife any thoughts   6 months post pardum Hi I'm not sure if I'm in the right place but maybe you can help   6 months ago I had my second child   When I went in for my final check up back in April   the Dr who I really respect   said my bladder had significant prolapse   He encouraged me to do my Kegal exercise and talked about future options if it did not get better   I have been doing my excercises and have noticed with sneezing and regular exercise my stress incontinence diminished   About 3 weeks ago I joined a volleyball league   When I jump or make certain movements my stress incontinence is unbelievable   Tonight I soaked a "thin regular" pad  granted the last 5 days I failed to do my exercises because I did not feel well (cold)   Will it take longer than 6 months to fix this problem or do I need to consider other options Thank you for any feedback

embryonic heartbeat more less Question Hello after miscarrying over a year ago I discovered that I have fibroid tumors PCOS and hypothyroidism Once everything was corrected I am finally pregnant again My last period started on July 26 of 2008 and I went in for an early ultrasound on Sept 8th (just over 6 weeks pregnant) The ultrasound showed an empty gestational sac and the doctors seemed very concerned After having my hcg levels checked they were still going up however they were not doubling I went in a week later for a 2nd ultrasound and was prepared for the worst and low and behold there was a heartbeat (just over 7 weeks) The sonographer was telling me that my dates are off (she did a crown rump measurement) and I am only 5 1/2 weeks pregnant which cannot be the case otherwise I would not have had a positive pregnancy test on Sept 1st The embryonic bpm was 110 at this point My question is is it normal to see an empty gestational sac and what date is more reliable the ultrasound date or the date from your last period And should I be worried that my baby is growing too slow and be prepared for the worst I am really confused about the dates and the empty sac Thanks
