Just had my 2nd m/c and 2nd D&C more less Question Hi How are you So here is my history in a nutshell I had a pregnany loss 3 years ago at 16 weeks no one really explained to me why but on the pathology reports the baby was fine but it did say I had an acute chorioamnioitis which is basically there was an infection now I read that that can be either caused due to an Incompetent cervix or it can be the reason why I went into preterm labor not really sure but I do think I had a UTI with that pregnancy the night I went into to labor is the same night I thought I had a UTI but it was too late for testing so I don't think they knew if I had one I had a D&C to get the placenta out Now I just had my 2nd miscarriage at 8 weeks and the same night I miscarried I went into the ER b/c I thought I had a UTI no burning or anything just the need to have to urinate more and not much coming out they confirmed that I had a UTI and sure enough I miscarried hours later I had another D&C and it's been almost a week now my doctor said he is going to send everything to be examined Of course after feeling disappointed I do feel like my husband and I are fine genetically my doctor wants to run some tests but whatever the outcome its not going to hinder me I think we are fine in that area I just have a feeling that I'm getting UTI's when pregnant and never being diagnosed and by then its too late Can UTI's be a cause I wanna try right away I'll try waiting for one cycle but I wanna be pregnant asap I feel ready to do this I'm open to any and all suggestions pertaining to my history Thank you

VBAC after 1 year. more less Question Dear Cathy I was wondering about your experience with VBAC   I had my first son 10 years ago vaginal delivery with no problems   My other son is 14 months old and i had placenta previa which required a c section I am due in October which means about 15 16months since my c section   This has been my healthiest pregnancy i work out  30minutes a day on the treadmill and take a couple of walks outside   I have gained 25lbs so far but that's because i wasn't very active in the beginning   Both of my boys i gained 55 and 64 pounds   Anyway i want to have a vaginal delivery this time but my doctor said it was my choice but he doesn't recommend it   He said he'll let me try but any problems during the delivery and i'll have to go for the c section   I was just wondering if you have heard about there being more problems with VBAC if it was too soon after the c section   I would appreciate any advice suggestions or knowledge you could share Thank you Jennifer
