I will be going back to work in 1 month and am trying to build my breastmilk supply for my nanny to feed him with. When i pump (with a medela double pump) i am only getting 2-4 oumces total. How can i get more at each pumping to build an adequate supply? ? My son is 8 weeks and around 13 pounds. He nurses every 2-3 hours. |

The more you pump the more your body gets the message to produce more. There are teas in the health food stores,"Mother's Milk" is one. A spoonful of Brewer's Yeast a day helps. Babies will often wait till Mom gets back to eat, You wouldn't believe how stubbrn they can be. So y.... Read More  |
