Will the second time around be the same as the first? more less Question When I had my first child he was premature I tried using the pump to get my breastmilk for the baby who at the time was in NICU I remember pumping for what seemed like hours only to be discouraged by the amount that I acutally got Eventually I just gave up and started him on formula During my pregnancy with him I felt no changes whatsoever in my breast nor any tenderness Now with my second pregnancy it is totally different I'm in my 8th week and have had very tender breast but no visable changes Is it likely I will have the same problem with breastfeeding again or should this time go normally for me Thanks

Breastfeeding more less Question I am currently breastfeeding twins and have been for almost 5 months now Over the last month I have encountered many health problems such as mastitis followed by kidney stones requiring surgery My breastmilk has suffered and I am having trouble getting it back to where it needs to be I was hoping for some much needed advice on the matter because I want to take the twins to at least one year for their benefit and for mine Also I think that I am getting mastitis again and I am utterly terrified because it is not presenting in the same fashion as before and I was just wondering if this could be caused by the fact that I have been pumping alot lately to try and get my milk supply up Any help would be greatly appreciated Mother of twins in trouble
