Can i use a licorice based cream to treat acne scars while pregnant?

good day, i am 4.5 months pregnant, my skin is breaking out and i want to know if i can use this licorice based cream to treat my acne and acne scars. I know I cant use any of the popular anti acne products since they are not safe for my pregnancy, this one has fruit acids and licorice, i am just concerned about the licorice because i read that it causes premature labor. My question is: is it safe to use this? will this affect my baby? the name of the cream is Godiva Acne Clear Anti Blemish Cream. These are the ingredients:Licochalcone and Glabridin from Licorice extract, Fruit Acid from Sugar Cane extract, Citrus extract and Apple extract. Also contains: Water, Propylene Glycol, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetyl Alcohol, Trimethylpentanediol/Adipic Acid Copolymer, Squalane, Triethanolamine, Ceteareth and Stearyl Alcohol, Cetearyl Octanoate, Isocetyl Alcohol, Methyl Paraben and Propyl Paraben.
