Real Savvy MomsTM
Online Brand Integration Opportunities

RealSavvyMoms.com is an online community of mothers exchanging information on health, emotional wellness and general parenting issues. It brings advice from experts together with advice from front-line moms who are living and breathing these issues everyday. The site features multiple opportunities for Brand Integration as well as traditional banner advertising exposure.

1. Website Ad Banners: Traditional banner advertising includes rotating banner placement in targeted areas of site. In addition, advertiser receives one Content Banner to be integrated into relevant editorial feature, and one vertical banner to be integrated into relevant editorial feature.

2. Online Contest/Promotion: Advertiser may receive rights to conduct contest or promotion through the site. Contest to be promoted on the home page of the site and shall include Advertiser Logo as presenting Sponsor. Sponsor to provide relevant grand prize at their expense. Contest entrée data will be provided to advertiser.

3. Passion Feature Integration: Advertiser may receive presenting sponsorship rights for a minimum of one subject matter specific editorial feature of 500+ Words. Feature editorial piece may be branded or unbranded. Advertiser logo will be featured on page and flash animation teaser on homepage of site.

4. Hyperlinks and logos: Advertiser may receive hyperlinks in the form of their logo on all portal pages.

5. Newsletter Sponsorship: Advertiser may receive presenting sponsorship rights for one editorial feature to be published in a Real Savvy Moms monthly newsletter. Advertiser logo to be featured next to article header. In addition, advertiser to have one vertical Banner Ad within that newsletter

6. Podcast Presentation: Advertiser may receive presenting sponsorship rights for one topic specific video and/or one audio Podcast. Podcast to consist of a telephone interview between a host and a designated subject matter expert. Advertiser logo to be placed within highlight teaser.

7. Blog/Forum Feature Integration: Advertiser may receive presenting sponsorship rights for one subject matter specific discussion forum. Discussion forum shall be started on a specific topic and promoted through a highlight feature on the RealSavvyMoms homepage. Advertiser logo to appear within highlight teaser.

8. Opinion Poll Feature Integration: Advertiser may receive the right to poll the RealSavvyMom community about one specific subject. Advertiser logo shall appear adjacent to promotional teaser on RealSavvyMoms.com homepage.

Materials Specifications
Please refer to the following specs for our standard Ad sizes and specifications for each element of he program. Ads must be 200 dpi, and saved in either GIF, JPEG, or Flash 6 compatible format. (Note: all Flash 6 compatible ads must be accompanied by a GIF or JEPG ad to be served to users without the Flash plug-in. See the chart below for dimension and file sizes. Website Ad Banners - Ad Art and Media: Creative for website AD banners must adhere to the following specifications. Please submit all creative assets in a resolution of at least 200dpi; Files with layers, alpha channels, paths and/ or vector graphics are preferred.

Website Ad Materials Specifications:
1. 468 x 60 / 10 kb max file size - (Top Banner)
2. 300 x 250 / 20 kb max file size - (Content Banner)
3. 120 x 240 / 15 kb max file size - (Vertical Banner)
4. 320 x 60 / 15 kb max file size - (Media Player Banner)

Website Ad Materials Acceptance:
1. Each advertiser is allowed up to 3 pieces of creative at any one time. 2. An advertiser may change any or all creative on a quarterly basis. This change will take place within 10 business days' notice upon receipt of new material and instructions.

Brand Images: Whenever possible, we prefer to receive images in electronic form. We can process most formats, including Photoshop, JPEG, GIF, BMP, PICT, & TIFF files.

Brand Logos: Please provide logos and other line art is in EPS, Illustrator 7.0, or Postscript format. If the file contains any specific fonts, please include them. Otherwise, a high resolution 200 dpi image file is acceptable. Business cards are the hardest to work with due to poor image quality.

Brand Video Assets: All commercial spots must be provided in BETA Sp format. Any in-house production work for editing will be billed accordingly.

Feature Editorial Text: We strongly prefer any copy greater than 50 words be sent as a text document via email, or in either Microsoft Word or plain text format.
