best hair care for running

I run 4 to 5 times a week and sweat a LOT. What style do you suggest for African American women that want to keep their hair looking GREAT but easy to manage? By the way, I am not too fun of the natural look (on me that is )

First, let me applaud you for being so conscientious about f itness. :cheerleader: You are not alone. Also pick up a selection of hair accessories to compliment your look, such as headbands, pony tail wraps, clips, etc. *If you like the straight look and wrap your hair. There's a portable plastic hairdryer that I found for $9.00. You can wrap the hair after running, cover with a wrap cap and place this plastic cap over your head. It attaches to the blow dryer. The hair dries in about 20 minutes, d.... Read More signin
