conditioning your hair

My hair is very dry from perming and relaxing it. What would you suggest to use? I have my hair trimmed every month.

First, I'm really sorry for the delay in replying, I just came off of a 3 city trip and a furious cold to boot.  But to your question.......... 

It's not uncommon to experience dry hair AND scalp after a long period of wearing relaxers. However, if you apply your relaxer at home, it's a good chance that you use a "No-Lye" relaxer.
