I had my daughter 12 weeks ago and I have been working out for 8 weeks now. I dropped a good chunk of my weight, but it seems as if my body wants to hold on to the last 15 lbs. I do cardio 4-6 times a week and lift those days as well. I am also breastfeeding and counting my calorie intake during the day. With all of this, I know that I am burning more than I am taking in, so why is the weight not coming off? Do some bodies hang on to extra weight? Will it come off?
I also want to note that I eat plenty of fruit, veggies and protein for breastfeeding to give her the nbutrition she needs. |
