Hi-
I had my daughter about 12 weeks ago. I have been running 4-6 miles 5-6 times per week and lifting weights the same days. On top of all this, I am breastfeeding as well. I count calories during my day, making sure I get enought fruits, veggies and protein. I seem to have hit a plateau and my body is acting like it does not want to get rid of the last 12 pounds. With all the exercise, breastfeeding and calorie counting I am buring more then I am taking in, so I should be dropping the pounds for sure. Can you tell me why it seems I am holding this weight and if there is ANY hope that it willl come off? |
