Good day.
I use to gym 4 times a week before I got pregnant. I was told that I can conti. with my gyming. Pls give me a few hints of what I can do and what not.

I'm not sure how far along you are, but you can basically continue doing what you were doing before. Decrease back-lying exercises (while ACOG recommends you don't do any back-lying exercises after the fourth month, many women who were avid exercisers prior to pregnancy don't find them to be a problem...and find avoiding them to be very restrictive in their exercise routines).
