Hi Carrie. I've recently started yoga and pilates classes. My husband and I are TTC. Since I obviously won't know right away if I'm pregnant, is there any problem with taking these classes, particularly pilates since there's so much core work? Thanks! |

Unless your doctor recommends otherwise...these activities shouldn't be a problem. I might ease off and decrease the intensity some just to be on the safe side, but as far as I know, there has been no research done to prove these workouts .... Read More  |
