Hi
I wanted to know after how many days wait after C- section should I start to exercise.As i need to shed this weight.

Like a vaginal delivery, it's ideally recommended that you wait until six weeks after giving birth to really get back into your routine. This length of time will vary from woman-to-woman, depending on what you did for exercise prior to and during pregnancy. If you didn't workout during your pregnancy, I suggest waiting until after your six-week check-up to hit the gym.
