Goodmorning

Hi i would please like some advice i am Hypoglycemic and i am overweight i need to loose a lot i am 203lbs at 2ft 3, I am doing a diet especially for hypogycemia which is high i protien , do you recommend a good start out fitness programme i am always tierd all the time and i am trying to get pregnant but i know this weight is holding me back and i hate looking this way. In the past i have started up going to the gym but always felt ill afterwards because of my hypoglycemia and i always end up getting sick and out of a routin pretty quickly, any advise would be greatly appreciated

I suggest starting slowly with your workouts. Walking is a great place to start. Try to have some sort of healthy carb combined with a protein about 30-60 minutes before your walk. A piece of fruit or a glass of 100% juice with a prot.... Read More signin
