I am 41, 5ƌ", weigh 145lbs.
I want to start exercising, jogging or working out at the Family YMCA.
I am also trying to get pregnant. Can starting an exercise program hinder my ovulation and hurt my chances of conceiving? What kind of excercises can I do while trying to get pregnant if I have not done any in a long time?
Thanks, |
