(smells no one else smelled which is my usual symptom) and took a test which was negative (of course if I had just conceived about 6 days earlier ) I had a normal for me cycle of about 5 oz of blood loss (I use a menstrual cup) A few days later my symptoms were still present and I tested again (so about 14 16 days from possible conception) It was positive Ultrasound dating a few weeks later matched my conception to my fertility symptoms which of course it would since that was the only possible conception date As for that pregnancy I am wondering if my baby implanted during my cycle or if I implanted later on after the bleeding stopped If it was after that would have been pretty late right But if it was during how did the baby survive And how DID the baby survive if I had just shed my endometrial lining I have a normal healthy baby now so there's no doubt it happened somehow but it seems to fly in the face of everything I know abut a menstrual cycle Recently I had my first postpartum cycle My cycle didn't return at it's usual time so I took an OPK to see if my body was gearing up to ovulate or if it was far off Amazingly it was positive My husband and I had relations that night (not because of the test but that's a whole different story :oops:) and my cycle started 5 days later (so four days after possible conception since I would have ovulated the next day after the test right ) I had a shorter than average cycle of 3 days 2 heavy one light with about 1 2 ounces of blood loss What are the chances a pregnancy could occur Potentially that baby could have tried
