Just an update=} more less Question Hello Victoria:) I am just keeping you posted as I said that I would Well after having that really bad HSG Test I went in to see my DR he was very apologetic and had explained to me that some DRs bedside manors are not all the same ( Moving right along with my Infertility The DR ordered a Laporoscopy to try and unblock my tubes and also I have been doing alot of labs and upon an Ovulation checkup the DR stated to me (during my H&P) that I am not Ovulating so he offered me a choice to have a surgery done called Ovulation Daithermy (not sure on the spelling:(sorry I agreed and i am going into surgery next friday I am soooo excited to finally be getting some long awaited answers ) Once the DR performs the surgery he will be able to tell us where to go and I will keep you posted as I promised

implantation/early pregnancy signs more less Question Hi   I had a miscarriage back on 8/22 then got my first period on 9/22 We have been trying to conceive this month so I used an OPK and my LH surge was on 10/5 Day 14 so I either ovulated on Day 15 (10/6) or Day 16 (10/7) Starting on Day 20 I noticed some abdominal cramping and lower back pain I read that implantation can take place 5 12 days after conception Is it possible these could be signs of implantation or early pregnancy signs The reason I ask is with my first child I noticed dull lower back pain 7 days after and sharp lower back pain about 10 days after conception and that was my one main sign of pregnancy Thank you

BBT question more less Question This is only the second cycle that I have been charting my BBTs but I am surprised and confused about the last few days In the first 1 5 weeks of my cycle my temperatures were between 97 2 and 97 8; then on day 12 it was 96 9 and on day 13 it was 96 5 Today on day 14 it is up to 97 1 Are these normal fluctuations Are they off due to a bad thermometer or because of external weather and temperature changes I have read about drops in temp just pior to ovulation but this seems like a big dip Also I was wondering if headaches can ever be associated with ovulation Just wondering Any insight would be greatly appreciated Thanks

angry, confused, scared more less Question Hi My name is Trisha and I am 33 years old I am posting this today because I was told today that my obgyn can no longer assist me in trying to get pregnant I need to go to an infertility specialist First of all of course I am angry at myself because I feel like such a loser less of a woman because I can't get pregnant Second I am confused because I already have a beautiful 6 year old boy who is a clomid baby because I had trouble getting pregnant the first time so I am confused and asking myself do I really want another baby or do I want another baby because everybody else are having babies; third I am scared about going to an infertility specialist because I don't know what to expect and I know it's going to be costly and are we really financially secure enough to be able to spend thousands of dollars on this I just need to have some advice from others that might be experiencing this same thing that I am going through now I'd really appreciate it

Implantation Bleeding more less Question Let me begin by saying that on 7/21 I miscarried due to a placental abruption at 21 weeks   In August I had a heavy albeit fairly normal MP   My LMP began on 9/9 and was completely normal   My husband and I have tried to conceive each day I don't want to chance missing the ovulation date   : )  Anyhow I was expecting my MP to begin on the 7th or 8th of this month   Well on Monday the 1st I began to have some light bleeding not enough to make it to a liner   On Tuesday I had light bleeding enough to fill a regular tampon accompanied by some cramping   On Wednesday the "flow" was completely brown and now today on Thursday I got nothing   I took an HPT this morning which came back negative   My question is "Could this be implanation bleeding or are my hormones still out of whack due to the m/c "  And if this could be implantation bleeding did I take the HPT too early when would an HPT be most accurate   Thank you

What do I do? more less Question Hi Victoria    My question is related to trying to get pregnant again Here is some backround info :  I am 36 years old my husband will be turning 42 in two months I have pretty regular cycles usually 28 29 days long We have one son he is 18 months old (Born in March 06)  He was born vaginally and the pregnancy and delivery were for the most part healthy and without complication It took us about 5 months to get pregnant naturally using the counting method (based on the days of my cycle etc)   Then in December 06 we got pregnant again using the same method It took us a total of 3 months but for the first 2 I will still breast feeding   At the end of January at 7 weeks I miscarried The ultrasound (proior to the completion of the miscarriage after I started bleeding) revealed a hole in the sac Following the miscarriage an US revealed that I had passed everything naturally   Following this  my cycles were irregular and it turns out I had a large polyp in my uterus and had to have a D & C to have it removed my OBGYN thought it likely what was preventing us from getting pregnant again   That was early in the summer Now after waiting a cycle or two to heal we have been trying to get pregnant again   This is our third month trying   Since the D & C I am still regular now my cycles are more like 29 days or even 30 rather than 28   Today is day 20 for me (we have been having intercourse every other day from days 10 20)   As of the day before yesterday my breasts are sore I just have a feeling I am NOT pregnant   (Last month I thought I was and my breasts got sore early again and I was not pregnant)   I am expecting my period somewhere around October 2 but it may be more like the 3rd or 4th even   So assuming I am not pregnant I was wondering if you have any advice as to a course of action or anything I/we can do to ensure a pregnancy soon We lead a pretty healthy life style Neither of us smoke we drink only very rarely and in moderation we do not do drugs we limit caffeine we get exercise and eat fairly healthy We have a good relationship enjoy our son completely and are pretty healthy emotionally and feel mostly happy and content with our lives Sorry this is so long I am just starting to worry and want to give you all the info in order to help you have the best picture of what if anything I should do next Thank you for your time and your advice Rachel

pregnancy test results more less Question I was wondering if it was possible to have a very faint positive on a pregnancy test and actually not be pregnant 2 of the last 3 cycles I had very faint positives early and then menses began about on time I have a very faint positive again this cycle Can there ever be low levels of HCG in a non pregnant woman I have a chromosome balanced translocation so I am accustomed to having multiple chemical pg/early m/c but never back to back like this I was also wondering whether the printed sensitivity on pregnancy tests (usually 25mIU/ml) is in any way related to the quantitative blood HCG levels If there is a positive result on a pregnancy test  does that mean that a person has a blood HCG > 25 Thank you for your time
