Parenting is challenging and it can feel overwhelming at times.  Sounds like you feel that you get overwhelmed by being a parent.  In order not to get overwhelmed you need to be able to manage your feelings.  This means staying in control of your feelings rather than them controlling you.  Individual therapy is very helpful in teaching you how to do this.  You can learn how you are creating your anxiety and depressive symptoms and most of your other fe....
