First time mom! Q: I'm 28 weeks along with my first healthy pregnancy (I've had one miscarriage). Last night I woke up and had what looked like dried leakage on my breast. Is this normal for how far along I am? I'm just kind of a worrier. A: Relax, that's the best way to keep a baby growing. Do some things that bring you that comfortable feeling of security. Don't worry at all about milk on your breast. It's just your breast getting ready to support and feed your precious baby. 
Supplementing Q: I am considering supplementing formula at night (topping off some breast feeding with formula) hoping that this will get my 8-week-old, 8-pound daughter to sleep longer at night. She's currently waking up every two hours at night and I am very sleep-deprived. A: Instead of using formula, could you pump some breastmilk and have someone else offer it to her in a bottle? This way, you could conceivably get a 4-5 hour stretch of sleep without introducing anything foreign to your baby. Good luck! Will I be able to breastfeed?
