my 6 month won't sleep

ok, I've tried everything since she was 3 months to get her to sleep through the night. She never has slept through the night, she has always gotten up for one feeding around 2pm. I started feeding her lunch now and i know she stays full throughout the day. Lately she has been getting up every 4 hours. Like any progress she has made is gone and she is taking steps back. I there something wrong or am I doing something wrong?

I'm sorry you're having trouble! However, I am not a sleep expert, so you should speak with a pediatrician to see if something is wrong.
