Sleep Schedule messed up !

My son Kalob is 7months old. Last month I had to take him to a childrens hospital due to high fever. Ever since then he stays up until 4 am! I'm getting used to his schedule but I want to put him back on his old schedule which was in bed by 11 or 12 at the latest and up by 8 or 10:30. That worked well with him and me. What can I do? Any advice?

Hi Alysia,

I recommend you read through some past responses on this board regarding sleep, specifically my response to Lisa, who was wondering how to get her child to go to bed earlier, just like you. I am not a sleep expert by any means, so this is also an issue you could speak with your pediatrician about.
