low lying placenta

Thank You so much for understanding. I defenitly would love to learn about all of the tools you have wrote about. I am not sure that I know what any of them are. I am not sure who to talk to about my obgyn, because I am on medicaid(public Aid) so I feel like I am stuck with her. She is rude and even told me that there are many women who have it worse then me. That made me cry and feel like she was not understanding of any of my feelings. One more question should I take it easy and rest? I am under so much stress I cry every day and I have nothing and not that much money. My obgyn has put me on Zoloft and I have not took any yet is it safe?  Thank You for reading Carma

Dear One, I am sending you breath and light.  I can not answer about medication, but I can assure you that the science of primordial tonal sounds, yoga, reiki and other self care strategies can assist you in your own balance and inner wisdom.  Please go to the library and through interlibrary loan, request 2 important books: 'CalmBirth' and 'Bountiful Beautiful Blissful.'
