allergy problem

I have eight different alleriges my family just moved in to a house the other person that lived here before had a dog that used the bathroom in here the floors are wood my daughter has allergies too but she is only four months when is it a good time to get her tested? HOW CAN I GET THE SMELL OUT AND ALL THE HAIR? the cleaning seems endless
