regional allergens Question Hi Dr Josephson Me and my family just recently moved to Atlanta GA from South Carlina I had heard somewhere that Atl is especially bad when it comes to pollen and other springtime allergens Since the move I've noticed that my family myself included has been experiencing a lot of congestion stopped up noses sneezing and watery eyes We've not had any allergy problems before so I'm wondering if these symptoms could've been brought on by the fact that we just moved and are just adjusting to the new environment and if so will they eventually subside over time thanks :flower: Answer |

Enlarged Adenoids Question I have a four year old son with enlarged adenoids We are planning to have them removed at some point but have not been able to yet He breathes through his mouth a lot and I would like to know if there's a direct link between this condition and his slight speech distortion My mother has made the connection with the positioning of his tongue because of the way he breathes through his mouth Also is there a connection with the enlarged adenoids and sleep apnea Answer |
